Could any one tell me IS 194IA is applicable for NRI Buyer.
Exp - NRI Buyer (NO PAN) & Seller is a resident. Value of Proerty 75 Lakhs.
Is NRI Buyer is to Deducted 1% TDS or pay full consideration?

Yes, NRI will have to deduct 1% from the sale price.
Could please share any notification or cicular or any other matter which NRI has to deduct TDS.
