194C Transporter

There is no such PRESCRIBED FORMAT for compiling PAN details of transporters.  Just collect photocopies of PANs of transporters, on demand from IT Officer, you can present, in need, else you keep then for your record purpose.

CBDT has not issued any format till now.

till date the CBDT has not prescribed such format .

details of  there pan will be required to be give while filling tds returns dats it

no prescribed format general intimation is required

CBDT not prescribed any format but collect self certify copy of PAN card for ur record

 Is there given in act such provision ... if so kindly tell me in which clause it is given..
