194C on printing work
will there be TDS on printing or xerox done if they cross the limit of 194C

As per my opinion
If work is in the nature of contract, bill is raised monthly or periodic basis then 194C will be attaracted.
Normally there wont be any tds on printing & Xerox. But if printing is as per our measurements & specifications like logo printing , size specifications (lenth & width etc.) and if the amount exceeds the limit TDS has to be deducted
