if we take j.c.b on hire then we can say it comes u/s 194 I but here we not taken j.c.b on hourly hire basis but we paid them in the form of measuring the cubic meters worked by j.c.b.

Hey sorry i was going to write 194C in mistake i wrote as 194I.i Think it will be 194C

this contract based only known..so its comes under the section 194C .
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
