if my tds is deducted u/s 194 c can i file return us 44AD

Yes you can. Make sure that the amount mentioned in Form 26AS matches with the turnover you mention under 44AD.

Yes... You can file ITR u/s 44ad...

Turn Over should be Shown As per 26AS or ABOVE*.

Don't be show lesser value as per 26AS...

make sure that turnover is less than 2 crores and the total income is equal to or greater than 6% or 8% as the case may be
