16, 16A and 26 AS not matching

I don't know the count but this is the nth tine that form 16A (TDS for salaried) and their respective coloumn in 26 AS is not matching. If we add the "Credited" items of 16A of all quarters and their TDS paid, then Form 26 AS shows much higher figures to the total of 16 A.
On the flip side while filing ITR where it automatically takes TDS entries, the amt Credited and TDS amount is nearly half. I guess eitger the deductor has not uploaded the correct amt or Bangloare ppl have uploader wrong figures.....

But in any case stuck ?

Another problem is that a client's bank intereat statement paid (not accural) is showing x amt, but bank itself in its 16 A is showing much higher "Credited" amt ?

Stuck in these two problems?

Dear Rajat

Form 16A is issued for other than salary, you have problem with TDS mismatch or income mismatch

Interest above a certain level earned on fixed deposits attracts tax deduction at source (TDS). Recurring deposits have also been brought under the net of TDS, effective 1 June 2015. But there is no TDS on interest earned from a savings account .

contact to bank manager and confirm the interest and tds amount, all amount is related to your account only
