Dear Friends: I would like to understand the process for submission of Form 15G for the FDs held by a Minor. Does Guardian has to fill in the details for the and submit to the bank or only PAN is sufficient?

Only if the guardians pan is linked to the FD...... application alongwith PAN copy......... will be accepted by Bank......
