my client has individual paid brokerage commission to non resident RS.115000, bank ask form 15ca, I said individual does not required form 15CA, bank not accept by answer, my argument is correct or not? sir, please explain limit?

Revised rules became effective from 1st April 2016. 

Form 15CA and 15CB will be NOT be required to be furnished by an individual for remittance, which does not require RBI approval

you are correct
