Can notice under 153C be issued after survey under 131(1A)?
If it can be issued please provide reference of relevant section / notification / case law.
If it cannot be issued and officer has issued, what are the remedies available to the assessee?
Please help.

Relevant section for survey is 133A. In your case it might be 132A. if it so, then 153C is a valid notice
