I will suggest you to kept in mind and read following thinks before facing interview:
1. Latest Amendements in Corporate laws
2. XBRL Filing
3. Revised Schedule VI
4. Latest Listing Agreement
5. SEBI (SAST) Regulation, 2011
6. Check the company masterdate, directors and other details of the company going to give interview
and Budget 2012-13 udates.
