Dear Sir my annual income is Rs. 245000/- I have sumbited 1 form 15 G in sbi bank and 2nd in HDFC but due to some mistake annual income mention 45000 instead of 245000 please advise to me can we face any problem from it department? can I withrawl fd from bank or any solution

No provisions have been specified in the IT act for revision or cancellation of Form 15H. As a way forward, I would suggest you not to do anything since your total income during the year is less than the basic exemption limit chargeable to tax.
In case you receive any communication from department, you can contend before them by placing an argument and necessary evidences.
