15 ca cb requirement after 1st april 2016
I have client which engages in import of packing material , whether i need to file 15 ca cb for every payment he made to foreign supplier ? kindly guide me as regards this matter .

Refer rule 37bb and import of materials does not require any 15 CA/CB
