can I get a notice in section 143(9)
till date I have no Recived intimation on my email

If yes, it will be accepted....... otherwise chances of ...139(9).....
After 31/03/2018 if the notice comes leter, then can I do the rectification in Return of AY 2017-18
Yes, rectification is allowed u/s. 139(9) as suggested in the notice.
