143(1) does not exist ,ao also not giving

Dear All, I want 143(1) for 2009-10 AY as there exists demand. If I request for online , the efiling web page reflects intimation doesnot exist.The Assessing officer also not giving. Online Pan a/c shows Rs.330000/- but AO says only Re.3000/-. How to resolve the same ?

Visit ur Ward or circle. Ask for 143 1 intimation see the mistake and file application u.s 154.

you can present your supporting documents to AO to allow you credit of tds... dept. cant deny credit of tds even if not appearing in 26as, if the assessee has sufficient documents. dept has to allow tds credit to assessee and ques the deductor for failing to reflect entries in 26as.... if tds entries are appearing in 26as then just take print out and visit your AO, he is bound to give such tds credit.

Dear Sir, In some other case Assessee has wrongly deposited tax of 2013-14 AY to 2012-13 AYI have all supporting documents for the tax liability arrival. Will the AO allow the same for 2013-14 AY.

Dear Sir, In the above query. I have mentione the 330,000 which is incone tax demand as per efiling site.Rs.3000 as per AO records and not giving 143(1).

AO will not issue intimation under 143(1) because it is not under his power now.... intimation can be issued only upto one year from the end of the FY in which return has been filed and this time period has expired a long way back...........

in case if it is a matter of demand then take print out of demand as per efiling website and visit AO, they can only help you clarify the situation and tell you the reason for diff in demand notice.

We have already visited with the print out.But the AO was telling pay the amount as per AO records

if AO is of such opinion, then pay 3000 and get the written order from AO that your assessment is complete.. after you receive that order then you can relax.
