I want the procedure for Trust registeration under 12A of the Income tax Act, 1961.
Please give me the details as earliest as possible.

Apply in Form 10A in Triplicate to Jurisdictional CIT with encls
1,Last 3 years audited financial statements with audit report
2.Trust deed 3.Details of activity done with evidence

you will get full full bare ACT there.
one can also see the various sections with its previous year provision i.e without current amendmants.

and it is not 12 A but it is12 AA.
