i have my gstin number . I am running my own spare parts business now i am planing to buy a plot (land) in the name of my wife and the seller company says me to pay gst 12 % on EDC (EXTERNAL DEVLOPMENT CHARGE) . CAN I CLAIM TO REVERSE THIS CHARGE UNDER AS PER SEC 17 OF CGST ACT NO ITC ???
it should be in the name which is mention in gstin no
then only u claim and address should also as per gst document
register this is requirement of claiming set off
