Hi , guys and galz please help me....

I completed my B.com last year Apr 2008, but i started my artilces in the year of 2007 Feb. only . But till now i had not submitted Form 112.

Can any one tell now how i have to submit Form 112 with penalty or with out penalty ?? Please mention the Penalty fee also ?

Please suggest me Honestly...Because it is very important...

Friend ,since you it is more than 180 days since you have registerd articles ...you have to fill form 112 along with 1000rs dd and send it to your regional council....and plz hurry bec this amnesty is granted onlt till 31st dec after no condonation of the breach will be entertained by the institute ...i am attaching form 112 for your conveninece and it contains all the details please go through it...any questions plz shoot
