whether form no 112 is required for doing graduation for student who has joined before articleship and now want to strat articleship

it is required in the current trend. but if u r registered with ICAI before august 2008 then this form is not to be submitted. I dont know the exact month but the notification came that before xxx month if u r registered with icai then form 112 is not required
My suggestion : better to give form 112.
