I want to know that whether a software unit registered under STP Scheme as 100% EOU can import the Hardware material & Integrated Circuits under Duty Free mode of customs duty ?
Please give me the reference book names or related circulars of the above query if available with any of you.

Please refer the case below and give ur valuable suggestions
final Product of company is exempted from excise duty and if company is procuring the Machinery for manufactur of that product by paying the excise duty can the company will get back the excise duty or else can the company ask the manufacturer of that machinery for not charging t he excise ? Also as the product of the company is exempted the company has not taken even registration .
Please convey how can a company will get the benefit and save the excise while procuring the machienry.
Please treat it as urgent .
