100 % Cenvat Credit Can I Take

My Co is Providing Both Trading and Services Activity and My Input And Output Services come under same heading ( Repair and Maintances )

My ? is Can i take the Benifit of Cenvat Credit Rule 6(5) because in given 17 services we can take 100 % C.C

so plz guide me can i take 100 % C.C. ? if u have any alternative way to save my tax liability plz inform me

You can take 100% Credit of tax paid 17 Services irrespective whether your co carry trading or service as this is specific category of services credit of which can be taken at 100%.

Yes You can take the credit of Service tax which was paid by you and can use the amount towards for your Service Tax liability. Service Tax on Transportation credit can be taken after making the payment to the Govt only. (This is for the Service Tax on transportation.)
