Received salary as package 900000 p.a. without bifurcation of Basic, HRA. Can he claim u/s 10(13A) instead of 80GG.
He paid monthly rent 22000 p.m.

As I understand, it can be claimed only if HRA is received from the employer. Salary structure to be modified accordingly and then exemption can be claimed.
Can he get hra benefit if employer ready to giVe bifurcation of 9 lac package Which he get. I.e basic , hra
