Practice with Gel pen and use the same in exam. Speed depends upon two factors - 1. Your thinking speed and 2. Your writing practice. I use to practice writing with Gel pen before 1 month of exam as I hardly write more than 2-3 lines in office with pen as every thing is on computer.

Why cant people stop preaching philosophy to a completely practical question. It is quite relevant a discussion as many pens blot on the paper and make it look messy. If you have a good tip to share, share it else keep your gob shut instead of lengthening the thread unnecessarily. Cause otherwise people will have to navigate through many pages of crap to find relevant answers. No one comes here to appreciate nonsensical philosophy such as "dont waste time on such things, focus on studies, use any pen yaar, etc". If you really felt it was a wasteful discussion then why did you enter it in the first place and take time to comment??

Completely agree with u...... speed always in hand not in pen...and there is no advantage if u give exam with your regular practice pen in fact it can ruin your confidence. Use any pen u want to use don't focus on pen just focus on studies

Pen matters.

Even when people don't realize it. In fact, a single little thing matters in the exam time if you are really serious about your performance. Consider choosing a good pen and use the same pen for your practice as well as for your exams.

Buy a good set of pens for your exam. Prepare hard and make your all dreams come true.

Read in detail about the best pen for exams.
