Heyy people out der......m sooo irritated at THE COMPANIES ACT 1956 rite now..Since past 3 hours i have been reading the COMPANIES Act but all in vain...Google is also not helping mee soo m irritated at google too....U guys are my last resort n my only HOPE :( ...Take some time out and Please help me...I have a very vague idea regarding the provisions relating to unpaid bonus....which i think should be transferred to a special account after a period of 3 years or something..... SOOO if u can enlighten mee wid ur knowledge regarding the said tiopic...i would be really grateful...THANK YOu soooo much people....
