some years before four directors come together and form a company
company earn good profit which is transfered to resverve and surplus
after some year one director wants to be discontainue with sane the company
now the question is what percentage of benifit he will get from the profit earn by company ?

It is the case of a company and not a partnership firm.................!!
A director is free to resign from the company like an employee and will be entitled to only his salary till the date of resignation & other benefits if he is an executive director.
Otherwise, he is not entitled to any other share/benefit.
