"Bank account not validated" says ITR email but I've already pre-validated it

Hi everyone, 

Hope you're all keeping safe. 

My ITR was processed a couple of weeks back. However, today I got an email saying that the refund couldn't be credited as the bank account isn't validated. I have already validated my bank account long back and the efiling portal also shows the bank account as validated. 

The email asked me to apply for refund reissue but the page says that there are no issues with the refunds. 

What should I do?

Raise a grievance?
