'Liquidation of companies' problem

Others 704 views 1 replies

a company is going into liquidation on 1st feb 2002

R was a sharholder of the company who died on 28 feb 2001(rs. 20unpaid out of rs.100 share) and his shares were transmitted to his son X . X is the present holder of shares.

Whether X is 'A' list contributory or 'B' list contributory?

If  "A" is still holding the shares and has not transferred it to anyone else then he will be a "A" list contributory only.
