'Know your pan' never works!!

Hello,

The DIT-'Know your PAN' facility almost never works. I've tried at different times with different web browsers. But is it just me or is everyone having problems with the same?

try it out at night at 11.00 o clock it will work...

yeah..its nt working...

nd in odd times also nt working...

it has been difficult wen u r facing d situation at d mean time wen its march ending...

really its nt work..i hv tried so many times..

i hope system will update soon.............................

U need to give a continuous effort & try to operate it through Internet Explorer only. I dont know wats d issue but the site responds well with IE inspite of Chrome.
