Do not make the Life as complicated as the Income Tax Act is ,
wherein
First your TDS is being deducted and
when you receive the refund.... you become happy ,
without getting "nothing" in accounting term .
.
Make the life as simple as a Single Rated Service Tax Law of 1% on self assessment
containing no provision about exemptions, illusiory credits or irrational abatements.
