Today I want to dig deeper into this quote to explain why this should become the habit of your mind.
We all have problems! Bigger or smaller.
More or less.
But this philosophy lets us to shrink the power of a problem.
If you keep thinking about a problem that you have, it seems that it's getting bigger and bigger.
You start to stress out.
And you start attracting even more bad situations and problems.
Everything wrong that can happen, is happening.
All thanks for your damaging thinking.
Thinking about your problems doesn't get you anywhere, the problem doesn't get solved, if you just think about it.
You only get sucked in the negative thinking circle, bad thoughts attract more bad thoughts and thoughts start to materialize.
But you can't just ignore the problems, that doesn't make them disappear as well.
The solution is to think about the solution of your problem.
When try to think of ways how to solve a problem, the analytical part of brain activates and you don't get emotional.
Also by trying to find a solution, you might actually find it and you will get rid of the problem all together.
Concentrating on a solution instead of a problem, should become a habit.
Once you identify that you have a problem and you start thinking about it, switch your mind to finding a solution.
