What is the consequence if the company dose not maintain Fixed asset register?

the above discrepancy is reportable in CARO Reporting by auditor

Can any body develop assets register model in excel with VB as backend as per my requirment, keeping in view that reports should be generated at any point of view and with location of assets and number of assets etc...
