i dont think it is possible

No you cannot do so by Present Law you have to make an application to the VAT office on quarterly basis mentioning all Bill numbers with amounts & gross total amount of all the transaction / purchases made during that quarter, Partywise & Department will send you Partywise ( One form per Party mentioning all the details ) That C form has to be given by you to the party

Not prohibited by law, hence you can, but by doing you will have to consume more forms.

bcoz we can not demand the 'C' form from deptt. according to  bill by bill

deptt will only issue the 1 from for one party per quater/per month/half yearly depend upon ur return file sequence (i.e. u fill the return in quartely/halfyearly/monthly) in respect of that how much bill u have taken in a particular period it may 1 bill or 100 bill

It is not advisable to issue "C" form bill by bill.As the CT dept is issuing "C" forms based on Form 8 (Usage details of C forms),it needs to be given in 1 c form for all the CST purchases made in the quarter.

You can issue at on time of purchase after it issue Form C on quartely basis it will beneficial for also

What is the need or advantage for the buyer or seller in getting/issuing c form bill wise.  It is always advisable to issue the c form per quarter, per party. 

Suppose the supplies are more say, 10 in a month, you mean to say that the party will insist 10 c forms????
