Sorry to say buddies..
But i got My Hall ticket Yesterday online....It was coming yesterday www.icai.nic.in
May be due to overload today it is not coming..

why is the Institute so stingy by sending the admit card by ordinary post?
It is collecting Rs.2,250/- from each student as exam fee.
Why can't they send ADMIT CARD by speed post by spending Rs.30
