Hi!

I am Sanjay Gupta from "City of Joy - Kolkata". I have completed ICWA, M.Com, CS, DIM and currently pursuing MBA. Presently i am working for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Barrackpore Division as a Dy. Manager (Finance). Prior to this, for last 3 years i worked for "West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd" as Officer On Special Duty and before that for 3.5 years i worked for "Jekay Group of Companies" as Manager (F & A).

I am a part of caclubindia Family to share whatever knowledge i have and also to enhance my own knowledge. We all learn something everyday, because education never ends be it in school, college, institutions or in Journey of Life.

Please help in this query , There is a Indian Subsidiary which has been incorporated on 17/04/2012 there after nothing has been carried out in relation to compliances as per Companies Act 1956,???????? Please help I need to regularise this company ?????

Suppose i worked on Sunday and after that, i took a compensatory Leave for that Sunday on the day of Monday. Leave on Monday is actually the Sunday that i have availed. Will this compensatory leave will be calculated in actual leave taken.

Dear experts, we are a pvt. ltd company providing online astrology services, like people place orders through our website and we provide solution on the basis of astrology and receive payment through dabit/credit cards/net banking.. now we are going to acquire a famous astrology website..and my question is whether this cap exp. is eligible for depreciation??? and if yes than in which head..apllicable rates under income tax and cos act.. what is the tax implications in hand of seller..
