Garima Dadhich-Dr. Garima Dadhich is an Associate Professor and Head of the School of Business Environment at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, heading the National Foundation for Corporate Social Responsibility (NFCSR) and Centre for Business and Human Rights. She has undertaken various Research Projects for the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and provided government policy support. She is a certified trainer on 'Managing Disputes and Difficult Conversations on the Board' by the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR). She completed her LLB from ILS Law College, Pune and her Masters Programme in Commercial and Corporate Laws from Queen Mary University of London, UK. She has obtained an 'International Legal English Certificate' from the University of Cambridge. Her doctoral research concentrates on Corporate Governance. She has published research papers in referred academic journals and presented papers at several conferences, seminars and academic workshops.

Ravi Raj Atrey-Dr. Ravi Raj Atrey is the Manager of National CSR Awards of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India. He has also discharged various other roles at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. He has a Doctorate and UGC-NET in Social Work, Masters in Social Work, Business Administration, Economics and International Laws. He has authored the book Exploring Corporate Social Responsibility (two editions 2017 & 2020) and co-authored in many others. He has served for various Ministries and allied institutions of the Government of India, civil society organizations, corporates, consulting firms and academic institutions. He has propounded the theoretical model of the Corporate Social Revolution and is instrumental in germinating the corporate unity movement in the country.
