The one thing students must remember is that, these important questions are not meant for you to skip you exam preparation entirely. You are always advised to fully cover the entire Law Syllabus and use these important question as a second or third revision.

Students have this habit of by-hearting important topics and expecting to get 50 marks, like a game show. That is not going to happen.
Exams are not meant to test your knowledge or skills. The sole purpose of CA exams is to filter the competition. Luckily, the Law paper has always been relatively straight forward compared to other subjects like Audit or SFM.
Conclusion
FEMA chapter that you have in Inter Syllabus might scare you at first look. But if you see what CA Final students have to study, this is nothing. So you should first remove that ‘fear’ from your mind and prepare for exams with an open mind.
Start preparing your own study notes or record important points on your own phone. When you lie down at night to sleep, listen to the notes for revision. This is an excellent technique used by many rankers.
