Browse Other BooksLooking at the numerous changes in the GST rates and exemptions on various goods and services by the GST Council in its 47th meeting held on 28th and 29th June 2022 and consequential notifications and clarifications, we thought to compile a separate book of the GST Tariff. The present Book on GST Rates and Exemptions has been divided into Three Parts: containing "Part A-Goods" and "Part B-Services" and "Part C-Cess".
Part A and Part B contain exemptions, rates, circulars and clarifications on Goods and Services up to 15 August 2022; and Part C on Cess. Part B also contains Scheme of Classification of Services and Explanatory Notes as notified/ released by the Government.

Rakesh Garg & Sandeep Garg
Sandeep Garg CMA, FCA, a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has been practicing as CA for almost 30 years. Rakesh Garg LLB, FCA, a graduate of Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has been practicing as CA for more than 38 years and has specialization in Sales Tax, VAT, Service Tax, and now, GST.
