For those who are still confused and not very sure about needing a CS course along with the graduation, can directly jump into executive Program, which can be done after the completion of graduation or post graduation. The minimum eligibility is graduation with no percentage barrier what so ever.
Qualified company secretaries can find well-paid jobs in the private sector and public sector, banks and financial institutions, company law boards, government departments, etc. The larger the company the better the emoluments earned by the CS. Private consultancy jobs are a very lucrative option.

The CS course is complete after students have undergone 15 months of practical and modular training, in which students learn about the functioning of the corporate sector. A candidate who has passed the final examination of the institute is required to possess the practical training as prescribed in the Regulations for becoming eligible to the associate Membership of the Institute.
Further, before commencing the 15 months training, the students are also required to compulsory attend and complete five day training orientation program which is being conducted by all the regional councils. Application forms are available on the website and also at the concerned regional council.
