Often people find themselves into some deep emotions of regrets, guilty, embarrassments and such negative emotions in their lives. These tornados of thoughts in our minds make us feel less worthy, while all the logics seem just right. We can't really judge the scenario, from a 3rd eye view, which is ironically making us feel the guilty of our own worse well-being.
But you see sometimes the most complex problems get solved by the simplest changes or even a single change sometimes.
Guilt, regrets, embarrassment...They all are to do with the past moments. If those mistakes can never get redressed now then the only important thing we can and we must do now is to commit that how we are gonna deal with them in the future. You see we unintentionally push ourselves into the cages we built in our minds. At the same time, it's not even easy to let go off the things.
Then start small
Since we all know what is our 1st priority in the hour. Just start doing the stuff. Say if you are a student start studying, if you are on your job just get involved in your stuff, you are a writer trying to think about your new creation, a blogger? Start planning about your new blogs...WHATEVER it may be just try to get a 100% involved in it and if you can make it out. At the end of the day, you will be having something done at your table. Getting real ahead on the things you are supposed to deliver the best of you really helps you get out of that self-blaming mindset and then you will see all the negativity you had started with is gone all of a sudden and at the end of the day you again believe in yourself.
None of the gardens is full of flowers and no unwanted grass in it. They both make the garden beautiful. So is with the life. That our graceful moments before and after those shattered ones make our lives more adventurous!!
