Many of us wait patiently for life to return normal. We are eager for the day when we will have all we have dreamt of.

But in reality it's not possible to have everything.

There are many challenges that you have to face but we have to push ourselves forward on a rocky road. Challenging period of life will help you to rise if you handle them well.

Moving forward in hard times

1. Hopes

The feeling of wanting something to happen and continuously thinking that it will. An optimistic state of mind which expects positive results.

Begin to hope for something new that enables you to move ahead with your life in a new way. don't wait , take actions.

2. Lack of clarity

There are time in our lives when things are not clear. We often confuse happiness and satisfaction with the things we buy. These two are different state of mind.

When there is lack of clarity , it's normal to feel doubtful about yourself and how to act in certain situations. Foggy thoughts can lead to inaction and puts life on hold. Its better to make less than perfect decisions than to do nothing.

 

3. Adjust your sorrow

We do not have power to destroy all the problems but we have power to lessen its impact on us.

 

4. Find meaning of life with what you have

This is most challenging part for many, to find meaning. Some people seem to spend their whole life dissatisfied, because of lack of purpose. The secret of meaningful life is simpler than you think. Its like a mathematical equation add, subtract or multiply few variables. Add value to your life , subtract negativity and multiply happiness and peace.
