L?king Behind… (Part Fiction) : (Episode - 3)
Let’s take a lesson from CA’s life…
…In continuation of Episode - 1 and Episode - 2 of the same.
So finally, Mahesh has cut down his own legs with his own sword. How irresponsible he was! How can one resign without having a job in hand.
As everyone in the office has already been expected such an incident as his salary was very less in comparison to other new CA’s working in the similar type of industry, but everybody in the office was kayoed by Mahesh’s quick and irresponsive decision. Without having a job in hand, he has resigned and even he was in worry about the same.
Mahesh has decided to search a job through job portals and job consulting agencies. After trying much, he aint got any position. Now he was trying to get any job at any price and with any salary so that he can try for betterment afterwards.
He has got a job in one CA firm with a salary of 13.5K per month. He was working there as one man army. No articles, no partners, no other CA’s. He worked hard and the proprietor of the firm was happy with him.
At the other side Gyanesh has joined one big player with a good salary by using a good reference and Krish after giving one more attempt, decided to leave the CA.
The luck cannot be a bad luck always, and therefore he got a call for one interview. He was able to impress the interviewers and got selected for a job as Manager in Account and Finance Department of ‘ADC’ an Indian manufacturing company. The salary was 3.2 Lacks Per Annum. Not much but it was quiet better.
He has presented his resignation to present employer but he has refused to accept that and offered him 20K per month. Also he has tried to influence his decision by telling that he could be a partner in future and as he do not have any nearly relative who can take the charge of the firm, after him Mahesh will be the owner of the firm.
Mahesh was under pressure of his mental vibes so could not accepted his present employer’s context in the situation and refused the offer by telling that he has accepted the other job and want to go Delhi to join.
After working for one month notice period Mahesh went to join his dream job, but the he reached there after 3 days of his joining date and the position was not vacant now. Anyways as he got the offer letter, company’s management decided to send him in another group company, WPC, a similar manufacturing company but was a small company then ‘ADC’.
Now Mahesh was working for WPC with the same package with other company’s offer letter. He was not aware about the appointment letters etc.. and just started working, whatever work given. Being only chartered accountant there, he got good stand between other colleagues. He was reporting to CFO.
Can you imagine, what happened !!!
