Dear Students, all of you must have been through with the tax audit and the havoc it can create in the office. Tax Audit is a beautiful thing to learn and a great source to earn in practise. But due to work pressure it creates a bit of pressure and it is like studying Eight Papers at a time.
You all need to keep patience and also experience the heat or a couple of firings from the BOSS to adjust to the environment. BVut do not worry. All these things should not disappoint or frustrate you as life goes on. Things become normal once you are through and there are Diwali Parties that take place. The office table which sees number of returns is replaced by Samosas, Burgers and Cold Drinks. Thus with same people you have a party time.
Never carry any ill will in the heart. Usne mujhe kaha tha! Forget it. You are professional and you have to be hard core professional. Life has to go on.
As I stated earlier, life with Seniors and Super Seniors should continue irrespective of some things. He or She got Rs. 500 more. Its okay. Rs. 500 cannot change your life. Neither his or hers. Dear Students, continue the good work as it has to be performed. Good performer does not see excuses he only performs.
Tax Audit must have taught you the way to live life. Life is a understanding where you are under somebody and standing for opportunity.
Under + Standing = Understanding
Thus life as an Articled Assistant has many good opportunities. See how the Principal reacts, what are his pluses and how it can be implemented in the life.
I know many CAs who do not work on week ends bu are capable of working under pressure on all days. Then there are many who work under pressure but are always in hurry. The five fingures are not same. But then you have to adjust with the CA wh has trusted you by keeping as an Articled Assistant and you are free to access data and information.
Respect your CA becuase he respects you but does not tell you. Remember K3G where Amitabh Bachchan states " Does father have o tell his child how much he loves him?"
CA has to maintain his status and dignity and cannot state that oh! you are indispensable. You are and that is why you are in the office.
My utmost request to all of you is that let life continue and do not fight or indulge in politics as it hurts. You have many good things to do. Continue the good work and build your career and in difficulties directly interact with the PRINCIPAL.
