Today we will talk about fear, not from spirits, or insects or from cockroaches but the fear that lives within us and no one wishes to talk about. It is distinct basis on individuals and type of life that one resides. As we grow older sort of our fear change. An infant is feared from getting away from his mother and then in school fear of failing and then feared of relationships the cycle continues and it is upto us how we deal with these fears and how keeping them all aside we can make our life more joyful and fearless.

Fear is an illusion

Youngsters these days are feared to manifest their originality and create their own falsified image to flex their happiness but at the end of day when they question themselves, "Am I really happy? "the answer is big "NO". The root cause of all this is social media which manipulates them and they got trapped in a world that is nothing but full of lies, everyone knows everything you see on social media is not real. One best way to prevail over this is to be more focused on what you are doing rather than being so centered on what others do.You must create a positive competition after looking at someone's success rather than fabricating negativity and toxicity in your own mind. Fear of being zero also surrounds us.

This is a time where being a hero of your field is what matters, whatever profession you are opting you should shine brighter than others this is what creates toxicity in society. We are running behind unachievable bars of success that are set by society. Negativity surrounds us which creates chaos in our mind. Our minds start creating fictional beliefs which make us stressed everyday. Once you achieve what you have planned, your mind starts setting new bars which demands something more and this never ends. Fear of losing people is also one among many, instead of being grateful for what we have, we are feared to lose what we don't have. We are attached to temporary feelings which will lead us to nowhere. Attaching our emotions to people at such young age will always divert us from our purpose of life, this doesn't mean one should be emotionally unavailable but they should not be filled with so many emotions which will make their heart filled with grief after losing them.

At the end fear is nothing but a state of mind which is called illusion, it stop us from pursuing what we can do and in the end because of fear we have to settle for less. Conquering them will make you a better person and this we can only do by our internal determination.
