Causes of Loss of Memory

1. Stress of completing the syllabus within shortest possible time.

2. Some typical points remained unresolved (concepts are not clear).

3. Planned to read one or more non-interesting subjects during exam leaves and now it seems impossible to touch those subjects due to vast syllabus.

4. Studying too much to cover the syllabus without taking suitable breaks.

5. Due to above; failure of whole Study Plan.

6. Despite doing hard labour; lack of command on some subjects.

7. No interaction with friends (problem is more where no friends are there).

When one finds the above situations; then with the help of meditation (s)he should get relaxed first and then take complete rest for 2-3 hours.

Meditation Tip :

(The most important one to overcome loss of memory)

Sit calmly for one or two minutes with no thoughts.

Just take deep breathing and leave it slowly.

Focus your attention only on breathing.

Within seconds you will feel relaxed.

Note :

Initially it would be difficult to sit calmly for  half a minute also. But, later  on; one will find it easy.

SAY FOLLOWING TO YOURSELF : (SELF DIRECTION)

1. I have to score only 40 marks in an individual paper. So even if paper is tough for 30-35 marks; I would be able to achieve 40 marks easily.

2. Say to yourself that I have to score 60 marks in two subjects only which I can score easily in the subjects of my choice.

3. Repeat the abovementioned 2 points simultaneously specially at the time when you go to bed.

4. When a paper is tough; it is not only for me; it is for all.

5. With the help of following strategy, I will clear the exams.

If the paper is too lengthy, firstly I will plan to solve only 70% part of the paper in 3 hours and will get 50 easily.

Further, first 50 marks paper I will be able to complete within 2 hours easily.

By planning to solve the paper in above way; surprisingly you will find that you have now enough courage to solve the full paper.

(The rule of DIVIDE AND RULE is applicable in all the circumstances).

6. Repeat the above tips specially when you go to bed.

(very important – without fail do this).

7. The meditation tip given above can be well applied even at the time of reading a para/topic.

8. After reading a paragraph; one can take rest for 10-15 seconds and recharge himself in seconds.

ABOVE ALL; BELIEVE IN YOURSELF FIRST AND THEN ON GOD.

MY BEST WISHES TO ALL.

SIXER ON LAST BALL :

CAN YOU FORGET TO APPEAR IN THE EXAMINATION ?

IF THE ANSWER IS NO; IT MEANS YOU HAVE NOT LOST YOUR MEMORY.

IT IS JUST A CONFUSION ABOUT SELF CONFIDENCE.
