As the exams draw near, heartbeat of many a student increases. Many students get confused as to what to do and what not to do. This article attempts to settle down the nerves and provide ways of avoiding tension.

You should try to:-

Radio/MP-3 Player

Listen:

1)   Soft songs

2)   Instrumental Music

Business Newspaper

General Newspaper

Light Magazines

But still better read:

1)   Joke Books

2)   Motivational Books

Group Study

Individual Study

Library Study

Home Study

5.

All functions/ceremonies till exams

Sleep [Minimum 6 hours continuous sleep till your last exam]

Mobiles (strictly)

[No phone calls, No SMS]

Landlines [Stay in touch with your friends but only if you can manage not to discuss examinations]

7.

Study in Bed

Study in sitting position (on chairs)

[In exam, you don’t get bed dear]

8.

Cold Drinks

Ice-Cream

Junk Food/Fast Food

Milk/Coffee

Curd

Home-cooked food [Have proper and regular 3 meals]

9.

Study with short gaps

[1/2 Hour]

Study with relatively long gaps

[3-4 hours Study then Half Hour gap]
