1. Food Business main object clause

a. To carry on the business of manufacturers producers, processors, buyers, sellers, distributors, commission agents and dealers in milk, cream, butter, ghee, cheese, condensed milk, malted milk, milk powder, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, ice -cream, milk foods, baby foods, infant foods and milk products and milk preparations of all kinds.

b. To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, buyers, sellers, distributors, commission agents, importers & exporters of all types & kinds of bread, biscuits, bakery products, confectionery, sweets & namkeen foods products.

c. To carry on the business of hotel, restaurant, snack bar, milk bars & catering.

d. To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, processors, buyers, sellers, distributors, commission agents and dealers in all kinds of aerated, artificial and mineral waters, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, fruit and vegetable powders and preparations of all kinds, fruit juices, protein foods, instant foods and foods stuffs and provision of all kinds.

e. To carry on the business of farming, agriculture and horticulture in all their respective forms and branches and to grow, produce, manufacture, process, prepare, refine, extract, manipulate, hydrolise, deodorize, frind, bleach, hydrogenate, buy, sell or otherwise deal in all kinds of agricultural, horticultural dairy and farm produce and products including foodgrains, cereals, seeds, oilseeds, plants, flowers, vegetables, fruits, vegetable and edible oils and foods products and preparations of any nature or description whatsoever.

f. To import & export of all kinds & types of food products.

2. Sale of Commercial Unit or Flats

To carry on trade or business in India and abroad as contractors builders land and estate agents land developers surveyors architects consulting engineers decorators, house owners and house seller estate manager and to acquire flats and offices and sell them and to acquire land and building on leasehold or freehold, agricultural or non agricultural, interest in land/ TDR and to built develop construct on those lands residential commercial or industrial buildings and sell the same on ownership basis or to transfer such buildings to societies, companies or any other person and to undertake and execute civil, mechanical, electrical and structural works contracts and sub contracts in all their respective branches.

3. Online Food Business main object clause

a. To develop, own, run, administer, operate, facilitate, create, acquire an internet portal providing all sorts of information, including but not limited to details of menus, contact, discount offers, quality of service & food about restaurants, caterers, and other food and beverage service providers to be availed by users of the website in making informed decisions about their dining options and related facilities and by restaurants, hotels and other caterers to advertise themselves to the target audience in India and abroad.

b. To set up an interface and or put in place, set up, install, acquire appropriate IVRS based telephone help lines along with associated server for creating a via media either through its own resources or contracted third party service providers between restaurants, other caterers, and customers for food and beverage related requirements including but not limited to fine dining, home delivery etc. and to put in place appropriate arrangements/infrastructures based on agreeable revenue sharing mechanism both with service providers and their customers.

c. To venture into various other value added services including but not limited to online table reservations reviewing of specific cuisines etc. wherein the company shall facilitate interactivities between restaurants and their customers with a view to promote business opportunities for the restaurants while expanding the scope of services available to its users and to provide a platform for qualitative interaction for its users, restaurants, advertisers and all other stakeholders of the food and beverages industries in India and abroad.

d. To act as collaborators frenchiser, technical exports and marketing of any other hotel, motels, holiday resorts, camps, restaurants, canteens, pubs, bars, refreshment rooms, marriage home, casional, resorts, creation centre, hotel, restaurant, picnic spot and allied activities and to act as agents of any hotels/company and to do and perform all duties, services and office which the agents of any hotels/company usually do and perform undertake and to become bound by conditions of any agreement entered into for any of the purpose aforesaid in and outside India.

e. To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, processors, buyers, sellers, distributors, commission agents and dealers in all kinds of aerated, artificial and mineral waters, soft drinks, carbonated drinks, fruit and vegetable powders and preparations of all kinds, fruit juices, protein foods, instant foods and foods stuffs and provision of all kinds.

f. To carry on the business of consultants to the hotels, holiday resorts, restaurants, canteens and to train-chefs, cooks, bearers and other man-power for hotel industry in India and abroad.

g. To provide catering services, conduct, host, organise parties, functions, events, shows, exhibitions, dramas, press conferences and alike and arrange for food, beverage, tenting, decoration and other similar requirement pertaining to the above.

h. To administer, develop, own and run Projects or Enterprise or Programmes for caterers, restaurants, other food and beverage service providers etc

4. Main object of the construction Company

a. To carry on the business of construction of apartments, flats, shops, kothies, hotels, restaurants, pub, cinema halls, multiplex complexes, malls, hospitals and nursing home’s buildings, canals, reservoirs, mills and offices, huts, tenements, warehouses, cold storage’s buildings, industrial sheds, hydel projects, power houses, tunnels, culverts, channels sewage, roads, bridges and dams and to act as an agent for purchasing, selling and letting on hire, plot and houses, whether multistoried, commercial and/or residential buildings on commission basis.

b. To engage in construction, such as civil mechanical, electrical, and all other types erection commissioning projects, project trading as well act as consultant for execution of projects on turnkey basis for equipments of industrial, industrial set up domestic and other purposes & marketing of allied materials and to carry on the business as developers, promoters, builders, consultants, civil engineers, architects, surveyors, designers, town planners, colonizers of estates, farm land & residential building, estimators, interior and exterior decorators, general and government civil contractors of immovable properties, all types of structural and pilling engineering work.

c. To buy, purchase, or otherwise acquire an interest in any immovable property such as houses, building, market, shops, industrial sheds & plots, within or outside the limits of municipal corporation or such other local bodies and to provide roads, drains, water supply, electricity and light within these areas, to divide the same into suitable plots and rent or sell the plots to the people for building , houses, bungalows & colonies for workmen according to schemes approved by improvement trusts, development boards and municipal boards there on and to rent or sell the same to the public and realize cost in lumpsum or otherwise to start any housing scheme in India or abroad.

d. To carry on the business of immovable property and its consultants and to give on rent sale and purchase, designing and construction of residential houses, commercial building flats and factory’s sheds and building in or out side of India and to act as builders, colonizers and civil and constructional contractors and purchase, hire or otherwise sell and mortgage any estates, building, basements or such other interest in any immovable property and to develop and turn to account by laying out, plotting and preparing the same for building purposes, constructing building, multistoried building and altering, pulling down, decorating, maintaining, furnishing, fitting up and improving building and by paying, draining and letting building on lease and on rent.

e. To develop the plot for house by providing roads & other facilities such as water supply and sale the same and to erect and construct farm houses building or work civil and constructional of every description on any land of the company or upon any other such lands or immovable property and to pull down rebuild, enlarge, alter and improve such land into road, highway, streets, squares and such other convenience related thereto and deal with and improve the immovable property of the company or any other immovable property and to construct, maintain, erect and lay out roads, highway sewers, drains, electric line, cables and gaslines, in over and under the estate of any other company or person or body-corporate.

5. Woollen goods

To carry on the business as manufacturers and dealers, buyers, sellers, importers, exporters, distributors, agents for all kinds of carpets, durries, mats, rugs, blankets, shawls, tweeds, liners, flannels and all other woolen articles.

6. Woven sacks

To carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, exporters and dealers in all kinds of woven sacks and bags and other goods of all descriptions used for the purpose of packaging.

7. Yarn/spinning

To carry on the business of cotton, non-cotton spinning, combing, cleaning, preparing, packing, weaving, manufacturing, bleaching, dyeing, colouring, printing, finishing, processing of all kinds of fabrics, yarns, textiles as may be prepared from nylon, polyester, acrylic, fiber, rayon, silk, artificial silk, linen, cotton, wool, jute or other synthetic artificial or natural yarns, and fibers and converters of synthetic artificial and natural fiber including fiber glass into materials like cloth, tapes, ropes, yarns, cords, twins and such other allied articles as may be conveniently produced, manufactured or processed and generally to carry on the business of spinning, weaving, processing in cotton and manmade fiber and textiles.

8. Yarn and fiber

To carry on the business of manufacturers, producers, processors, exporters, buyers, agents, sellers of and dealers in yarn, cloths, fabrics and textiles as are or may be prepared or processed from woollen, woollen waste, nylon, polyester, acrylics, rayon, silk, artificial silk, linen, wool, jute and of readymade garments, or any other synthetic, artificial and natural fibres, including fibre glass, into materials like cloth, tapes, ropes, yarns, cords, threads, twines and such other allied articles as may be conveniently produced or manufactured.

9. Zip fasteners

To carry in India or abroad the business and importers, exporters, agents, brokers, stockists, distributors, processors, manufacturer or otherwise to prepare, produce, supply, alter, utilise, improve, manipulate, mixture, blend, buy, sell, refine, exchange, barter and deal or traffic in all types of zip fastener made of all types of metals and other synthetic or mad made material including copper, aluminium, brass, steel, iron, nylon, plastic fiber, etc; and to manufacture, process or deal in all or any other components, articles or things connected therewith.
