The Companies Amendment Act, 2017 which was passed by Rajya Sabha on 19th December 2017 has received assent of the president and same has been published in the Official Gazette of India on 3rd January 2018. The changes shall come in to force from the date notified by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. M
