AFFIDAVIT

I, Anonymous, aged about 60 years, son of (Late) Anonymous senior, residing at House no 10/2013, Author apartments, Club Road, Bangalore-560001 solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
THAT I am the Director of Anonymous Company Pvt. Ltd incorporated under the Companies Act,1956 with CIN U35111BL2005PTC072432.
THAT I am conversant with the facts of the affidavit and competent to make this declaration.
THAT the company/myself will not accept deposits unless compliance with the applicable provisions of Companies Act,1956, RBI Act,1934 and SEBI Act,1992 and rules/directions/regulations made there under are duly complied and filed with the concerned authorities.
I, Anonymous, the above deponent, do hereby declare and verify that the contents of paragraph 1,2,and 3 of this affidavit are true to my own knowledge and the contents of paragraph 4 of this affidavit are my submissions and nothing material has been concealed, and no part of it is false.
