ICAI has declared that CA Foundation results for the exams held in June 2019.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT June 2019

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) announced the result of Common Proficiency Test (CPT) exam held on 18th July 2019

The result analysis of the CPT Examination in terms of total pass percentage & gender wise details are mentioned below.

The pass percentage of CA CPT June 2019 dropped down as compared to the pass percentage of last attempt i.e. CA CPT December 2018 by 7.71%. A total of 28,303 students wrote the exam, out of which 5764 cleared the exam. The pass percentage was 28.39% . The pass percentage of CA CPT December 2018 was 36.10%. ICAI had extended the last attempt for CPT from December 2018 to June 2019. All those students who are registered under CPT and were not able to clear their exams will now have to take transfer in CA Foundation since June 2019 was the last attempt of CPT. The results of CA Foundation June 2019 will be out on the 14th of August, 2019. The pass percentage and trend analysis for the same will be updated here as soon as the results are out.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA Foundation Results November 2018:

Pass percentage of CA Foundation Results November 2018 has also seen a considerable increase as compared to the Pass Percentage of CA Foundation Results May 2018. There has been a whopping increase of 24.88% in the number of students who passed in November 2018. A total of 48702 students appeared in the exams, out of which 21488 students cleared the exam, that is 44.12% of students cleared the exams. However, in May 2018 19.24% of students cleared the exam.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results December 2018:

December 2018 was the last attempt for CA Common Proficiency Test Exam(CPT). A total of 25037 students appeared in the exam and out of those 9038 students cleared the exam. The pass percentage was 36.10%. The trend analysis showed an increase in pass percentage by 8.04%.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA Foundation Results May 2018:

May 2018 was the first attempt of CA Foundation, prior to this attempt students used to appear for Common Proficiency Test(CPT). In May 2018 attempt the pass percentage was 19.24%. A total of 6315 students appeared for the exam, out of which 1215 students cleared the exam. The pass percentage was less than the pass percentage of CA CPT Results which was 36.10%.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results June 2018:

Pass percentage of CA CPT Results June 2018 has also seen a considerable decline as compared to the Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results December 2017 . There has been a decline of 9.96% in the number of students who passed in December 2017. A total of students appeared in the exams, out of which 21488 students cleared the exam, that is 44.12% of students cleared the exams. However in May 2018 19.24% of students cleared the exam.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results December 2017:

A total of 60586 students appeared in December 17 CPT Attempt and 23034 students cleared the exam. The pass percentage showed a downward trend in December 2017. It came down from 40.52% in June 2017 to 38.02% in December 2017.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results June 2017:

In June 2017 the pass percentage again showed a downward trend. A total of 88916 students wrote the exam and 36028 students cleared it. The pass percentage was 40.52% as compared to 46.44% in December 2016 attempt.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results December 2016:

The trend analysis of December 2016 showed an upward trend. The pass percentage was 46.44% which was 7.5% more than the pass percentage of June 2016 attempt. A total of 70321 students wrote the exam and 32658 cleared the exam.

Trend Analysis of Pass Percentage of CA CPT Results June 2016:

The trend analysis of June 2016 also showed an upward trend. The pass percentage was 38.98% which was 4.53% more than the pass percentage of December 2015 attempt. A total of 99077 students wrote the exam and 34129 cleared the exam.
