I have some Fd's in my hdfc bank account which have been renewed every year by being credited to sb account and then making a new one. Total value of FD's is more than 10 lakhs. Now my 26AS is showing SFT-005 Time Deposit with value of 3,37,278/- with Remarks 'O'. So what needs to be done.

Till you are declaring the interest income for assessment; no need to worry.
Interest income should be under the head "income from other sources"
