Kindly, clear my query regarding with SH-4,

How to calculate the consideration received amount.

And also what is the concept of Book value in SH-4.

Book value for common shares is
total share holder equity minus preferred share
whole divided by total outstanding share
and regarding 2nd question I don't understand you sir
you want to know what inside sh-4 or anything else
